  • Leather Coburd uses internal level couriers like DHL, FEDEX, SkyNet, and UPS for all the items to ensure the safety of your purchased products. Once the order is dispatched we provide the tracking number of your order you can track your shipment.
  • Whatever product you will buy it will be dispatched from the vendor country like China, Thailand, etc. We have vendors in different parts of the country so we will be shipping from the nearest and best possible location for you.
  • Shipping details are attached to every product on the website.
    Shipment can take around 10 working days after your order is accepted and confirmed. This is the estimated time not guaranteed time. These days can fluctuate. You can be in contact with the courier service once we provide you the tracking number.
  • With every order, customers are required to provide a correct mailing address and telephone numbers.
  • To deliver your order on time. We sent orders to manufacturers within 48 hours. After this time we will not be able to entertain any modifications requests.
  • Any damages during the shipment are not the responsibility of the company. You must ask courier service for these kinds of issues. We won’t entertain such queries
  • We will be requiring adequate time to track any misplaced order. You have to be patient with us. We will give our best service to bring you out of inconvenience.
  • If the package is dispatched once, the wrong address or address change requests are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any customs charges or duty charges which apply in your country are your responsibility. Leather coburd is not responsible for any such charges.
  • If the package is returned due to wrong address information, you have to pay for the reshipment of the package.
  • We receive reshipment charges are as per the courier charges of your country.
  • We will inform customers if an order is delayed from our side.
